As you enter the property, you will find two guest bedrooms, one on either side of the entrance hallway. To the right, guest bedroom #1 features a king size bed and mounted HDTV. This bedroom also has private access to the guest/hall bathroom. Across the hall is guest bedroom #2 that features a bunkbed and twin bed with HDTV. This bedroom has a private bathroom. Both guest bathrooms have tub/shower combos.

Next, in the hallway you will find the laundry room, and access to the hall bathroom shared with the first guest bedroom. The hallway opens up to a spacious open-floor plan, where you'll immediately notice the BEACH & GULF WAVES through FLOOR-TO-CEILING GLASS WINDOWS. To the left is a very nice mini-bar, and to the right is the fully updated kitchen. Updates include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a large sink and separate water spigot for filtered water. The kitchen is fully stocked with all pots, pans, cooking utensils, & plates & glassware you’ll need to make yourself at home during your Gulf Shores vacation. Kitchen includes:

The dining room table seats 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The main living space is furnished with a couch, which is a sleeper sofa, and two love seats, one having a twin pull-out sleeper. The living room has access to the private beachfront balcony as well as the master suite.

Master bedroom features closet, king size bed and private bathroom with double vanity sinks, jetted jacuzzi tub, and stand-up shower. The master bedroom also includes a mounted HDTV, gas fireplace, and private balcony access.

Information about The Colonnades Condo

Amenities at this complex include direct beach access, an outdoor beachfront pool (heated seasonally), a beachfront hot tub, men and women's sauna rooms, and a work out room. There are rental chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The complex also has beachfront BBQ grills so you could enjoy dinner at sunset. All of this is on the pristine, sparkling emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico with some of the most beautiful beaches in the country. The Colonnades Condominium complex has year-round security and covered parking.

Also, bring your bikes or rent some! Just across the street from Gulf State Pier is the Hugh Branyon 15-mile biking/walking trail that winds through the state park! And, if you're hungry, either walk to the sidewalk, or the surf to Gulf Shores ONLY true beachfront restaurant, Sea-N-Suds, to eat fresh Gulf seafood, or walk a little farther to other dining attractions.
